MAP Cycle carries the Mikunis for Britbikes. This might be the easiest way to go. I seem to recall that Triumph fitted a weird 27mm concentric, so you may want to get 28mm mikunis, unless you are going for more performance with a bore kit or cams.
If you do, then 30s are good.
You can also try Big D cycle in Dallas, they were heavily into Tridents.
