Well a big hello to you all.My first post on this forum.I've just bought a 1991 Trident 750cc,apparently one of the first 400 made after the factory opened back up.Fantastic bike.Love it to bits.I need to take the seat off to get to the tool kit and the suspension adjustment.As its too soft.The man i bought it off of said he had it set to soft for touring. I want to adjust it a bit harder.I took it through some s bends and it wasn't the most stable.

So the question is how do i take the seat off?

there is a key on the nearside of the trident just below the seat ... just insert ignition key and the seat unit will lift off.
