I'm going to start doing some basic maintenance like oil change, coolant changes and chain tightening on my 2016 xrt. I've never used or owned a NM torque wrench.

Looking for suggestions.

I see the needs of tiger torquing are as low as 1.5 NM for coolant tank nuts and up to 120 for rear axle chain tightening.

I assume I don't need top of the line but I read on Amazon that some poorer brands break easily.

You will need two different torque wrenches, 1/4” drive and 3/8” drive. Precision Instruments are built for Snap On if I heard right. They are much more economical than SO. Depending on your budget.
