Hi, can anyone tell me if it is just the main jets that need to be changed when fitting TOR's or do the pilots need to be changed also? What size jets are sopplied by the factory?

The t-100 does not really need to be re-jetted for only TOR's.
115 jets will make it run a tad better. stock is 110.
stock pilots are fine as well

I agree....but if you open up the airflow with a bellmouth/snorkle removal and/or a K&N filter....re-jet to 115 main jets...leave the needles alone and have a d-tool to adjust the air mixture screw. After all that...synchronize the carbs and have a great time with your new bike!!

Answered my question too. I added D&D's mufflers & I didn't rejet. Ran great. Last week I added the foam Unifilter & bell mouth. Now it won't get out of it's on way. Hard to believe there was that much air inlet restriction.
I am going to order some jets from Brent at New Bonneville. This will get me started in the right direction. 2006 T100.
