I recently joined an ST1300 forum on Yahoo, the site is from the UK - the webmaster lives less than 40 miles from Hinckley. One of the forum members provided these links. The first link takes you immediately to the Brough Superior, but there's nine more bikes you can access from this link, including the Bonneville.

The next link shows Dave Jeffries (deceased, I think, from an accident at Isle of Man). One of our UK members could confirm this. This obviously isn't a race, but "Mad Sunday" when I believe anyone who wants to ride the 38+ miles around the circuit is free to do so.
