Steve, I checked the FAQ in the main menu. There is a section on how this site came to be. Originated out of USA with Mods in various countries etc. I know on my profile I select my time zone. I would assume if others are setting theirs properly you would see the relative time they posted. Might pm Arch or dolson for a specific not covered in FAQ.
