my box has been totally rebuilt with the following
* Second gear pinion
* Main shaft and matching clutch hub
* Thrust washers
* Bronze bushings
* All 3 selector forks
* Cam wheel assembly
* Kick-starter pinion
* Primary shaft seal
* Kick-starter seal
* Tab washers
* Camwheel plunger, spring and carrier nut
Gear change plungers and guide plate +all springs
It was riding very well then the down shift became very stiff close to impossible when it would change it would skip gears:confused I have pulled the whole thing down and all looked good
Any ideas????:confused::confused::confused::confused:

Just went for a ride after rebuilding clutch in case I had made a mistake there and found nothing, it changes well if I give the throttle a quick blip through the down shift so it is rideable again:confused::)
