I just had a go of the new tiger from wylies in telford. It was a pleasant suprise as i hadn't gone there for a test ride but they kindly invited me to have a go.

It was great, but alas I cannot afford one.

I really liked the new mirrors, very funky...would they fit the 995i does anybody know?

I just tried to see what they're like but ALL the pictures on the Triumph website show the Tiger WITHOUT the mirrors!!

Your best bet would be to go into the dealer armed with a spanner.

The '07 Tiger's mirrors are the simple threaded-post type that just screw into a handlebar mount. 955's have flush-mount fittings that connect throught the fairing to the subframe.

I know that for the older style Sprints, the 2000 VFR mirrors are supposed to fit and, some think, look nicer.

Actually, near as I can tell, they might work. Steamers and Girlies both have handlebar mounted mirrors. I'd almost be willing to bet they would, just for the simple fact of using existing parts. Have your dealer look up the mirror mount P/N for the different bikes. If they are the same P/N, there you go. If not, ask your dealer to show you one before he puts them on the next bike he's prepping.

I just picked up my 07 Tiger today. My Jack Lilly Mirror extenders off my 955 Tiger fit no problem. You will be able to screw the 07 mirrors onto your tiger fittings
