Does anyone know how or has changed this single headlight to a double as on Storm? I don't like the look of auxillary light bar and think a single light in my area would be enough.

Could it be as easy as buying dual lights and replace without cutting wires?

Thanks
John

I have HD fat bob dual headlights on my t-bird. easy install, looks great.

search this forum and the other t-bird forum lots of dual headlight conversions. So many did change the headlight that Triumph copied the dual idea for the storm.

I tried searching this site...I'm sure I'm doing something incorrectly...but I can't seem to find any great details on the dual light conversion. Does anyone have a link showing what dual lights are used, and do we need cable extensions, etc...

Thanks!

Thanks! Did you have to "engineer" the electrical input? In other words, since the Tbird has wiring to a single bulb, how did you wire it to both of the lights in the dual light assembly?

Also, did you notice better night vision after the conversion? Thanks again!
fairly easy, that dual light is intended have both bulbs on at the same time, so you have dual high and dual low beams, it is very bright (good thing). The HD dual came with a long pigtail and some weird HD plug on the end. I cut most of that off and cut off the plug end of the stock t-bird light (with some wire left in case I wanted to put it back on) I then put standard 'bullet' type connectors on the 3 wires. checked to make sure I got the high and low light right, taped it all up and plastic wire wrapped the whole thing so it looks nice and tidy. thats about it.

much better at night, like twice as good!
