Well its time to get the 12,000 mile check up done on my 04 thruxton. But im curios as to how much i should be looking forwardt o being charged for it. I got a quote from my local dealer in the amount of $425.00 roughly. My question is that Steep or Cheap....Anyone who has a thrux have this proceedure done and if so. How much did you get charged.. Thanks for any help of ideas.

When I get to that point, I have my Haynes manual to help me with the 12,000 mile check up. I couldn't justify spending 10% of what I paid for my bike on a check up. If you're mechanically inclinded, I'd say do it yourself! But, to answer your question, $425ish is what I've heard as well.
