From slowest to fastest and why:
White/silver Everybody knows that a warmer body moves through the air with less drag. Dark colors absorb more solar energy and stay warmer, so darker colors are faster.
Yellow/pink/powderblue C'mon, even chicks don't go fast on bikes these colors.
Black/dark blue. Warmer, faster. Since they show dirt easier, they get washed more and therefore have less foreign matter to cause drag.
Inferno orange, with a name like that it has to scorch.
And (truly) the fastest color? British racing green, No other color has the word speed, fast or racing in it's name.
Just one man's (oh so humble) opinion.

Here in oHIo we are having a very rare +60F day, today. As the rains yesterday washed away the road salt, I figured the Tiger needed it's tail twisted!

After just a bit over 100 very enjoyable miles, I can say that black is the fastest color!! The computer tattle tail showed 141MPH was attained earlier today. I didn't feel a thing! :D

Departing from my usual "wash it once a year whether it needs it or not", I gave "Thriller" a bath after returning to the house. A clean Tiger is a fast Tiger!
