Eartha Kitt died today. Kind of sad dying on Christmas and all. So I thought I would remember her for Cat women role. (very small compared to all the things she did) But she was a great Cat women.
The three choices are Julie Newmar, Lee Meriwether or Eartha Kitt.

Eartha Kitt gets my vote because she came across as the more competent villain. However, if we're updating the Cat Woman profile, I prefer Michele Pfeiffer as Cat Woman. And if we speculate on who will be the next Cat Woman in the Christian Bale Batman remakes, I'd suggest Kiera Knightly.
