I have questions...

Do your bikes come with the E.M.D. or do you have to purchase it seperately?

Is it necessary to have one or do you just go back to the agent for it?

How much does it cost to purchase one?

:-D

That would be the dealer Gameboy, yes?

That will cost you big time. If you want to access the ECU for mapping, adjustments or just general tinkering around, you should get the TuneBoy which gives you more access to the ECU innards and is much cheaper:

With the official Triumph tool you can only upload premade factory fuel/ignition maps (available only to authorised dealers) and do basic diagnostics, with TuneBoy you can in addition modify maps and ECU variables (rev limiter, speedo error etc.) to suit.

Yeah after hearing all the chatter on the net, the Tuneboy is the best way to go if you seriously want to modify anything in your mapping. If you only want to make slight mods then go with the PC III. The PC does not change anything in the ECU and no codes are left behind for the dealer to retrieve later (warranty issues). Just my $.02...
