Can anyone tell me what the torque setting is for the nuts on the end of the cams?
I have 2 different manuals and they are not mentioned in either!

Tight. They are left hand thread so the torque doesn't loosen them.
I never found a spec either so Make em as tight as you feel comfortable with.

Give them at least 35 ft-lbs,and you'll have no problem.I've heard of people using 80 ft-lbs,but I think that's ridiculously tight and possibly enough to crush the cam journal into the camwheel.
The torque transmitted by the camwheel is not likely to get anywhere near 35 ft-lbs,unless you can manage 10,000 rpm.
