I have a Bonneville. I'm thinking about buying a Thruxton for it's good price and fancy add-ons, namely the exhaust system.

Could I take the Bonneville headers and TORs off the Bonnie I currently own, and also take off the Thruxton headers and British Customs slipons, and swap everything?

The plan would be to take the nicest parts of both bikes, and then sell the Thruxton.

I asked in the air cooled forum because both are fuel injected air cooled 865ccs.

My 2001 Bonneville (carbed) has a FI Thruxton Arrow 2-2 exhaust. I believe Bonneville and T100 exhausts will interchange . I see no reason why they wouldn't fit an SE either. Bonneville and Thruxton exhausts will probably fit a Scrambler. Scrambler Exhaust will not work because of different side covers. America systems only fit Americas.
