My set up is custom Hagon Nitro rears (spring rate to match my weight & riding style, preload, damping & rebound adjustable

Speaking of Nitro's, they have different spring rates... 18kg, 20kg, 23kg etc.

Out of curiosity, what rate did you chose? (and what's your weight & riding style)
