I'm buying some tool-free seat bolts for my '08 Bonnie so I can store my registration slip and proof of insurance under the seat...

What do you guys do?
Any tips/pointers besides just using a zip-lock bag?
Other ideas?

I put them under the seat at first. Unfortunately the seat is a PIA to remove and replace even with the extended bolts. There is also the chance that you might drop one of the washers or grommets during the process (it has happened in my garage a time or two - could be harder to find a small dropped part on the roadside).

So I just carry the registration and insurance card in my wallet now. Works for me.

i photocopied my card onto my reg. and keep them in my jacket. I was thinking about takin a 1" piece of pf pvc capped on both ends and rigging somthing up I could tuck under the seat with small bunjies that would be easy to access/pull down without removing the seat and waterproof etc... but havent really put much energy into making it happen.
