Anyone know what the stock turn out is for the air/fuel D screw on a T100 Bonnie, or is it dependant on the dealer?

According to Jenk's Bolts tuning notes (click) the stock setting is -2.5 turns.

Now for my next question :).. I just did the airbox removal, AI remove, new pred pipes and rejet to 140 main 42 pilot on a T100 08. I'm trying to see if I'm too rich or too lean. I've noticed when high rev on the decel it sounds good until I get around 3 - 2 k RPM it sounds a little poppy. Idle is around 1100 so that seems good. Anything I should be looking out for or I can test to tweak my performance, or atleast not ruin the engine ;)

My AFR is pretty much spot on and yes from 3 down to 2,000rpm on the overrun it does pop and bang. Some try to tune it out by going richer and richer on the pilots, you can reduce it, but not eliminate it.
