It's been a bit humid here and I haven't ridden the bike for a couple of days. Found the throttle to be sticking.
Since everytime I touch the bike I create another problem, I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to fix the problem.
Have you tried adjusting the throttle cables where the opening and closing cable come out of the throttle actuator (handlebar end)? Making minor adjustments may solve the problem.

I fixed it. It seems the bar ends needed some adjustment. Must have been a change in the weather and humidity caused something to expand or contract. Good as new now. Something for others to watch out for.
