Would these be straight swap to S3?

Not with any Triumph or aftermarket highmount mufflers.

Wasn't there a topic a while back where someone mounted GSXR (don't remember which year) peg mounts to an S3 and they were a direct fit?

At least they looked much nicer than the Sprint ones, if you are looking for something to go with a lowmount can.
