Idle speed

Hi all. Just go myself the new fuel injected Thruxton. Big step up from my old faithfull 69 Daytona. Anywho, can anyone tell me what rpm this things are supposed to idle at and how do you adjust it. Mine seems to be a bit low.Thanks.

Remember, however, that most shop manuals will tell you not to adjust idle speed using the tachometer that comes on the bike. They say those tachometers aren't accurate enough for adjustments like this.

Of course, lots of people go with the do-it-by-ear method, too.
