Sorry if this is redundant, but I know I ran across at least one pic of a home-built bracket to keep saddlebags away from the rear wheel, and take some pressure off the rear side panels.

I have an '02 ST, and just received my Cortech Tribag saddlebags, but I can see that they potentially can move into the wheel if pressed from the outside. Also, I'd like an external bracket for attaching bungee cords.

Does anyone have any pics of their brackets? Or do you remember what post on this site had the pics?

I just finished these last weekend. They went on the SV650 and not the Sprint, but the principle is the same.

Attachment points are where the passenger pegs used to mount and the area of the grab-rail.

My welding skills aren't the greatest. Luckily the bags cover the brackets up :D. I wouldn't have necessarily picked the square bags either but they were given to me free of charge.
