Assuming its your 1970 T120 --- i had the same problem with my 1970 T120r - not an easy fix - there isnt a bushing that can be replaced -- i had a new piece of tube machined to fit the brake pedal spindle - cut the old "tube" off the plate and welded the new piece into place - both the "tube" and the spindle on mine were worn so the new piece was made to get the best fit - not easy to mount the whole pedal in a lathe to face off the spindle so i didnt bother -but the result was much improved -- the original tube does not have much wall thickness so i didnt think it was sensible to bore and sleeve it
