Hi
First post for me here. I am looking for a sissy bar for my 2001 thunderbird, googled it and still can't find one. If anyone knows a good place to buy one please let me know. I have a limited budget so not looking to spend a lot.

The Triumph sissy bar is no longer in production.
Craigs list, ebay, etc. are you only options.
And they usually go for big bucks.
I saw one on e-bay just this week for $100 with a buy it now, it did not last long.

Google Renntec. They don't make a sissy bar, but they do have grab rails and luggage racks that might do for you?

Unfortunately the after market did not produce much for these bikes.

You can still purchase a new backrest (sissy bar) from Triumph dealers. Hermys lists it for $199. That would be without the luggage rack. I found it last winter on sale for $170. I think it was at Great Bay Motorcycles.

Renntec rack and matching bag is very nice.
It has a small vertical rise that might emulate a mini-sissy.

i have one that came with my bike, which has a custom-made backrest/luggage carrier on it. it's wrapped in cotton, so i don't know its condition, but going by how nice the bike is, i assume it's A1. I'll look at it tonight.
