ya but would you use it - even includes lock tite
i used to ride mountain bikes where i shimmed the bars
you have to crank down on them to get a bite and frankly it never really worked well

now omars is suggesting gnarled shims

if it were this easy why nowhere else
and how much torque can the controls take before they snap before getting a decent bite

man these are cool bars but i dont know about shims for bars and a vehicle that goes faster than i can pedal.

Yeah there are plenty of 1" bar choices, now when it comes to grips, the 7/8" bar guys have it made. There arent many good grip choices for 1" unless you want billet skull and flame jobs, or some tacky 70's or 80's looking things.

Sure, I would and have. The Meriden Triumphs used 1" eyebolt rubber mounts with shims to bring it down to 7/8". All the Meriden R models had shimmed handlebars. I use a thickwall alloy motocross bar. Very solid, and all the stock controls fit. No worries, mate.
