Shaft broke off where the shift lever connects. Wondering if anyone has ever removed the shaft to replace it and how big of a job is it? My friend bought a 97 speed triple that was laid down and broke this shaft. The bike runs good but if it is going to be too much to replace this part he is just going to part out the bike. Thanks for the help.
