As you know Westminster City Council started imposing parking fees for powered two wheelers last August - uniquely, no other council does it.
Tonight is the BIG RALLY to oppose the charges. Meet up in Trafalgar Square 5pm-6:15 - slow ride to Westminster City Hall for main demo at 7pm
