Hi all

I've just bought the slip-over rubber grips to cover the stock ones ( newbonneville.com).
Has anybody got any tips for fitting them as they are very tight to get on.
WD40? Talcum powder?

Try some rubbing alcohol. It'll allow them to slip on and then quickly evaporate.

The easiest way of all time-but you need compressed air.
if you have it, direct nozzle under the edge of the grip, it expands and floats right on, or off for that matter.
a thing of rare beauty

If you don't have the alcohol, a couple drops of Windex also does the trick.

Good advice above. I use the windex method.

Remember, the stock throttle grip has indentations inside that line up with the ridges on the throttle body to "lock" them together. No biggie, just remeber the throttle side will be a little harder to take off/install.
