While cleaning my chain yesterday I noticed a funny noise when spinning the tire. Turns out the brake is hitting the rotor at one point in the turn. Is this an alignment issue or a rotor issue? Has anyone had a rotor warp?
Same here, it was noiced when the bike was in for its MOT last week, not noticible on the road but the machine picked it up. The guy who did the MOT reckons it was either a warped disc due to getting too hot or that sintered pads could have eaten into the disc if it had been put away wet and left a while.
Bikes still ridable
The allowable runout is 0.3 mm. Did you get your bike at Gulf Coast? I like the dealeship and the people but don't have any experience with getting warranty work done there. Hopefully they would take care of you.

Mine sat in the garage while it poured Tigers and dogs.
OK. May be it is just me, but I just cant stand a new look of a new Tiger 900. I am pretty sure it is a sweet bike with improved handling, less weight etc... But to me it lost that nice unique distinctive look Tiger was famous for. Now it looks like another Africa with V-Strom lines. I remember...
Any one out there with a tiger 1200 who wants more pace and less heat until. Recently I Owned a 2018 tiger 1215 cc but found it with no bark and warm marbles that I was sitting on so I brought a free spirit set of headers the quality is superb and a link pipe and end can from Remus the ride was...
