Hello :)

The bars on my street triple R are a little high (I am shortarse) so I want to rotate them towards me and down a little bit. Is this as easy as it looks, or is there anything I need to watch out for?

Also, is there anywhere I can find correct torque settings for the clamp bolts?

Piece of cake. Just loosen the clamp bolts and rotate. You will have to also rotate the levers/mirrors to match up. Torque clamp bolts to 26Nm. Check your throttle and brake lines for proper clearance as well.
