I read that these bars are a trick to put on? How tricky is it? Do the carbs have to come off? Can a dummy like me do it? :???:

I took some off once, and put them on twice..... no trick to it, it just ain't that difficult. I'm not much of a 'wrench', and I figured it out.... you can too. Heck, at no time during the install, did I ever have to so much as hold my tongue just right, honest!

I have them on my bike. They are not too bad to put on....the last few bolts around the carbs are a pain....but it's not difficult. Just ackward.
