Here's one for the group.

Is there anything out there that will remove whatI can only guess is salt (road or sea) corrosion from my Speedy's nuts and bolts? It's a whitish corrosion on the banjo bolt at the oil cooler and the axle nuts on both sides.

Thank you very kindly.

Lime a way! However be careful. I applied this to my headers and in the process scrubbed a little spot on my oil pan. I get the same thing here in Utah. The roads get super salted in the winter adn the salt never really seems ot leave. Lime a way is hydrochloric acid and will burn you and eat***** if it's left on. Get some super fine steel wool (remember SUPER FINE, just like you prefer your women) and spray the lime a way on the steel wool and scrub. I did my banjo bolts to, no problems as long as you rinse it off good. Use it on your headers to get rid of that brownish color. Works grat and lasts pretty long too.

Call it 'Limey-Away' so it doesn't get confused with Lime-Away.
