Disassembling the engine on my 73 Tiger and got as far as the contact breaker unit. The manual tells me to use service tool 61-7023, which I don't have. I found a suggestion to put in a fatter bolt and tap with a screwdriver, but that doesn't work very well. Appears to be a tapered hole so only goes in a turn or two, and I don't want to bung up the threads any more than I already have. Any home-brew alternative to keep me moving this weekend without damaging anything? Or order and wait?

Tapping the AAU sideways usually bends it,but it can be straightened.A long bolt with a sliding weight (slide-hammer) works better.
