Sadly Triumph seem to have removed their customer Recall and Technical Updates VIN Check Enquiry facility on ALL their Websites across ALL global markets.

This for me is a serious indication of Triumph's corporate determination to move further away from direct contact with their end-users/customers past and present.

From now on, it will force ALL owners to connect with their local dealers/stealers and that way increase potential revenue and sales!

In the process, we as their loyal Triumph customers have become anonymous sales targets, nothing more...

Oh Dean. You must not have read the joint interview in the new Triumph Spirt with the father/son Bloor guys who claim customer service and input is paramount to the companies success. There must be just a web problem involved.:rolleyes:
