Hey again all,
Still plugging away on the 68' Beezer restoration but I am going to start wrenching on the Thruxton this winter.

Anybody looking for a set of rearsets off a 2004 Thrux? I am looking for standard Bonnie mid controls. My knees and back have finally had enough of the "crouch" position so I am going to change some things.

I am willing to trade my rearsets for a set of Bonnie midcontrols or buy outright. Anybody interested???!

Thanks guys, lemme know....

They're not easily interchangeable because the rear brake actuator is located in different places. On the Thrux it's attached to the footpeg bracket, as I recall, while on the Bonnie it's under the right side cover and actuated by a pushrod coming off the brake pedal. So to do the footpeg swap it would be necessary to swap the brake bits too.

I'd be willing to do the trade too, but it might be difficult to do it remotely without having the bikes side-by-side to see what all needs to be swapped.
