PO put these cheap rear sets on which don't fit the stock brake light sensors. Do I have any other options than putting the stock sets on if I want the brake light to function?

Also the lever needs quite a bit of depression before it starts braking, can I adjust that somewhere or should I bleed the brakes?

Thanks and yes I did use the search function before posting 0:)

Get one of these .... You will have to bleed the system anyway fitting it so nothing lost. (PS This isn't the correct one for your bike just an example what to look for)

Thanks for the advice man. I actually found another thread on the forum after some more searching.
http://www.triumphrat.net/street-triple-forum/148398-rear-brake-light-switch-2.html

He did it using a woodcraft Coarse Thread Brake Pressure Switch Assembly, 10mm x 1.25

He mentioned splicing the wires for that installation which I'd like to avoid. I ended up finding https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Universal-Motorcycle-Brake-Hydraulic-Single-Banjo-Bolt-Light-Switch-M10-x-1-25mm/32757155567.html?spm=2114.search0306.3.9.EOSxCE&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_0_10130_10152_10151_10558_10557_10539_10594_10596_10595_10059_10312_10314_10534_10313_10533_10084_100031_10083_10547_10107_10546_10307_10604_10548_10603_10341_10065_10142_10340_10068_10343_10541_10342_10562_10345_10103_10344_10325_10545_10324,searchweb201603_0,ppcSwitch_0&algo_pvid=183a3187-8d13-4ee4-b61d-1ea68dbb8909&algo_expid=183a3187-8d13-4ee4-b61d-1ea68dbb8909-1 which appears to have the same dimensions and a connector so I'm going to check the connector when I get home to see if it's a fit.
