Just purchased the T-Rex rear axle sliders. It looks like a bit of a chore to put them on my 2018 Street Triple RS, (for a girl, which, I am:smile2:). Has anyone installed rear axle sliders and are they really needed? Thanks everyone.

Got it pre-installed ...I personally think it's a must...a bent swingarm is the last thing I need...

What type of sliders are they? Are they like ones for the front axle with a long rod that passes through the hollow axle, or are they the axle block type that replace the OEM blocks through which the axle passes, and rest against the chain adjusting bolts?
