I have recently purchased a great project with a newly rebuilt 70' T120 R motor, and a custom hardtail roller frame.
Upon closer inspection-after I got her home of course, I realized that the rear axle is a brit, 5/8", but the axle plates on the frame and the adjusters are 3/4" - customary on a HD hardtail frame. The way I see it, I have three options.
1 - find a new axle and wheel which I do not want to do
2 - fabricate new plates, still need adjuster for 5/8" axle, not crazy about this one either
3 - get new adjusters that slide in 3/4" slot but fit a 5/8" axle - do these exist?
Any and all suggestions welcome!
