Nope me either.

They have run the charge through on my card though. What is strange is that on 2/3 (the day I ordered) they ran part of it and on 2/7 they ran the rest of it.

Same issue with me.
Part of the order was charged to my card.
I called them on Thursday.
I talked to a guy there and he told me that due to the amount of stock they had sold, it would take them until Saturday to ship the items out.
Some of the merchandise was out-of-stock so they have ordered it from Triumph and will then send it out.

The gentleman assured me that my items would be delivered to me....so I'm trying this thing called patience.

But I got my order confirmation email etc.

sigh....one bad thing about mail order...the waiting...at least the prices were great!!

Just got off the phone with Motorcyclegearshops, told me that they have a order from Triumph due in Thursday or Friday and will ship out right away. Once shipped they will send an e-mail with a tracking number. They said that during the big sale in a space of a couple of hours they sold nearly all the stock they had on hand, drop the prices and they will buy.

Just a heads up... These guys are working out of a local shop here in port jefferson, NY. I have dealt with them many times and they have allways come trough for me, including expediting orders from triumph to meet my christmas deadlines and getting the items shipped out. if you have any problems with your orders just call them and they will hook you up...

Got mine today. It took over a week to reply to my email. I did get a tracking number when it shipped. Have you gotten one yet?

I have not gotten an e-mail with a tracking number.
I've been carefully watching for it.

The frustrating part is that no one answers the phone there.
I've tried early in the morning, mid-morning, lunchtime, after lunch, early afternoon, evening.....you get the idea.

The phone rings and rings, goes to a voice mailbox....that is full.

No luck and it's been over a month waiting.

I'm chomping at the bit due to the fact that the bike gets shipped next week to Arizona for bike week and I'd like my new toys attached to it!

they answered my calls, were extremly helpful, I'm disapointed that 2 items I ordered were out of stock and not available any more but I recieved the rest of my stuff.

Totally bummed about my stuff.
I placed my order on the 2nd of Feb.
After a ton of calls and e-mails to these guys, I finally received my merchandise yesterday.
The auxiliary power switch was new and shrink wrapped.
BUT....the fog light kit is clearly a used item.
AND to make matters worse, only one mounting bracket is present and no switch was packed!
I guess the road grit and squashed bugs on the lenses gave it away.

I've tried to place a call to the shop but no voice mail system was taking calls...so the phone just rings and rings.

Trying to send them an e-mail now.
Hopefully they can fix this problem.

They don't answer their phone? The goods you received were used? No wonder they were 50% off! I wouldn't go near them.

I received my order today from the 50% off sale! They kept saying it was coming, but I was beginning to wonder. Especially after the last few days when no one would answer the phone. I found out today they were moving this week and the phones were messed up. I had to leave a message for someone so I didn't actually talk directly to anyone about the order specifically. However, when I came home, the order had arrived!! Even though many of us, myself included, had some doubts, 50% was worth waiting for. I will buy again from them. They also gave another coupon for 20% off for the inconvience. Those of you still waiting, you will surely get your stuff, and at a great price!
