Does anyone know anything about RacerRacer.com? Better yet, has anyone ever done business with them? They have a nice webstore with lots of motorcycle gear, accessories, and generic parts... http://www.racerracer.com/index.htm

They show the helmet I've been looking for. It's listed as out of stock, but I can put it in my shopping cart. The problem is it's a model of Shoei that is not longer available in the US. Still very much available in Europe, but unfortunately for me it wasn't a big seller in the US.

I'm reluctant to order a helmet from them (that I know will have to come out of Europe), since they don't answer their phone or return my emails. I'm hoping somebody has dealt with them in the past, and could give them a thumbs up, or thumbs down before I attempt to place an order. TIA.

If they don't answer their phone or emails, don't do business with them, consider it a warning sign.

I am probably going to order a helmet from them and I have had quite a bit of correspondence with them. They answer eamil within one business day and seem pretty legit. I don't know the particular helmet you are looking for, but they carry Shoei and seem to have a good selection.

It's pretty easy to setup a business online where you only build the brand and the front end while using someone else's backend, a fulfillment house or an affiliate program. All is ok if you place an order on the site, but it may not be a 'real' business staffed full time, so any questions or problems stay questions and problems. I would avoid them as my experiences have not been good with that type of operation.
