Finally sat down and edited 5 hours of film to make a 4 part tutorial on installing the R&G Crash Sliders.

Each video is roughly 10 minutes long. Enjoy!

Before you begin your installation!.............

The most important thing must happen first!...........

Awesome video. Thank you for your effort on this.

If you laid the bike down on its side with those on would bottom of the fairing still rub the pavement? I know when I went down it wasn't the lowside that did me in, it was the bottom of the engine block striking the curb that totaled it and there is no bung to stop that.

Another fine production from Kory! I've saved the files to disc on both the fairing removal and slider install tutorials. With Kory's permission I would be happy to burn a disc with the information for anyone who needs them.

No offense Denoose but I'd rather be the one distributing full resolution CD movies.

If someone wants a CD, I'd prefer I was the one doing the distributing as I have the full resolution movies, not the downsized ones for youtube.

If anyone wants a CD mailed to them I would be happy to for only the cost of shipping and handling.

Nooo, only the home internet not quite fast, and the internet is checked though on my workplace. A friend of mine would have downloaded, who did it already meanwhile. (good friend with fast internet ;-) ).
Sorry, and congratulations to the video again.

Good show

Great post Kory!

I appreciate the trouble you went to in order to put this tutorial together.

I would recommend that folks tie off their center stand when applying heavy pressure with a large wrench. One might rock the bike off the stand. One could run a ratcheting strap around the stand and the front wheel, for example.

Thanks. Great job!

I purchased the R&G crash protectors and have been reading Kory's posts about the installation.

Unfortunately, the You-Tube videos he posted appear to be no longer available.

It would have been so much better if R&G themselves posted a You-Tube video on the installation process. Makes things so much easier when following side-by-side with decent printed instructions. The instructions provided by R&G are far from decent.
