My 06 955 has the TOR silencer fitted. All good in that, sounds loud and proud. But, it's annoying the neighbours, so I want to get a std silencer. Will I need to get the ecu remapped to suit the std can, or will I be okay with the TOR map? Cheers guys

The TOR map works really well with the standard silencer. Better tick-over and more low down pull. Not sure whether the ECU will "learn" that you've switched silencers, so hopefully someone will be able to help you with that :)

No problem running the TOR tune without a TOR (or any other aftermarket silencer). The biggest difference in the OEM and TOR tune is that the lean condition on decel and at idle is resolved. Your shouldn't even see any difference in fuel mileage.

Made me smile about a re-map....these bikes are from a bygone age...and yes I’ve had mine from new in 2001, everything else in the garage has a PC...oh I tell a lie I have a K1200 with a Rexxer map.
