:) Hi guys. Will a T140V primary drive cover fit onto a 1970 T120R? Cheers, Mick.

Dont know about dimensions and bolt holes etc, but a 1970 T120 will be right foot shift and a T140V will be left foot shift i.e. the T140 primary cover will have a big hole for the gear lever to poke through, which presumably will need to be plugged / welded over.

It will bolt on.
If its off a left-shift T140,you can plug the gearshift hole with a cork from your favourite bottle of wine or spirits.Use a cork with a decorative plastic cap.If you prefer, you could turn up a metal plug and drive it into the hole.
It will most likely have the screw in plug over the timing pointer. If your rotor has 2 timing marks 180 degrees apart, one should still line up with the pointer at 38 degrees BTDC (check this with the timing plug).
