It will bolt on.
If its off a left-shift T140,you can plug the gearshift hole with a cork from your favourite bottle of wine or spirits.Use a cork with a decorative plastic cap.If you prefer,you could turn up a metal plug and drive it into the hole.
It will most likely have the screw in plug over the timing pointer.If your rotor has 2 timing marks 180 degrees apart,one should still line up with the pointer at 38 degrees BTDC (check this with the timing plug).
