Looking for a pair of pre 2007 handle bars for sale.
I would like to fit them to my bike for handling and comfort comparison.

Well, I've got an 05 and have been looking for a pair of 07 handlebars (have my name on the wait list). We could trade.

Or, since you live in Victoria and I live in Seattle, you could ride down, try the bars on your bike and, if you like them, we could trade. If you don't, you could just keep yours.

Thanks for the offer Zack, but I want to buy a set to bolt on for an extended test. I am also trying to get feedback on pricing.

No problem. When I get the 07 bars I ordered I'll try to remember to drop you a message to see if you're still looking.

Zach,
Apologies if this has been covered already. Will you need new cables for your new handlebars or will the existing brake, clutch, etc. cables fit?

Sorry for hijacking the post.
I ordered the 07 bars from Triumph and they come with longer cables as part of the kit. Thus, I'm counting on having to change out the existing cables for the longer ones included in the kit.
