Anybody encounter this or know if there is a TSB on it?
After a quick rebuild it seems to be corrected. The seals were in good shape, no scoring on the piston, so I just overhauled it and relubed with DOT 4.
Just for the record, it was the upper piston. It wouldn't retract at all...
Cheers

The rubber seal is what retracts the piston, so if it wasn't retracting, then the seal was worn. The seal distorts when the piston moves a few thousandths, then the rubber pulls it back into place. The new seal is what it needed.

*****, was afraid of that.
Are there just to many variables involved to determine why it crapped out?
Or do the just do that?
Thanks, M.
Think I'll have another beer on that note.
