I can't seem to keep a pilot bulb in the headlight of my 1970 T100C. I burn them out faster than I can burn a tank of fuel. Headlight is fine. Thinking its vibration breaking the filament, but not sure.

Has anyone used or found an LED replacement?

I have fitted LED replacements for all the bulbs on my TR7 (except headlight) and all are still working.
Replacemnt LED bulbs are available in the UK (although range is limited for + earth or 6V) so would imagine it is the same in the US.
Next I am going to try a 23w quartz halogen pilot light to see if it can be used as a day time running light rather than using the main headlight.

This UK site will give you an idea of what is available
