I outlined the Triumph lettering on the rear of my K/Q seat about a week and a half ago with a gold paint pen after seeing another one here like that. Bumped my hand against it tonight and it's still sticky! What gives? What can I use to remove it and not hurt the seat?

Be careful of acetone, might want to try with something like WD40 or rubbing achohol first. Try on an inconspicuous portion of the seat to make sure that the solvent you use does not damage the vinyl seat. Just a thought....

Bassman: Use some of the paint thinner from the same manufacturer that you got the paint from. I would not use Acetone, I'll bet it will eat the vinyl. I used a gold lettering pen from Krylon, and it dried in a couple of hours. Came out clean and sharp, and is unchanged in over 2 years. tommyturbo2
