I've got a Remus Powercone slip-on fitted to my 2010 Tiger with factory side bags. No problem with fit, but I'd like to run a larger right hand bag, since I no longer have the exhaust routed up top. I notice that the OEM bags are reversible - they can be mounted on the left or right side. However, the OEM mounting brackets are not reversible. Does anyone know if they make a right hand side mounting bracket that allows me to run a pair the larger (left side) factory side bags?

If not, any ideas on which bags I could fit? I'm open to buying an aftermarket setup, but everything I look at for the Tiger assumes the exhaust can is there. I'd like to run the Givi v35s or e21s close-in to the rear of the bike instead of the right side sticking way out.

Thanks

Actually there is a couple of pix on the forums - Remus exhaust, with the panier from the ST with the colour coded pannier on the Tiger, the mounting on the pannier is the same (I had an ST and now a Tiger)

Thanks - I can get the RH bag -that's not the issue. The issue is getting a bracket to mount it. I have a lead from the tiger1050 forum of someone that makes them, and I'm on the list for the next batch.

Steve does good work and you will be happy with his bracket for the right-hand bag.

Correction on something said earlier. The right-hand bracket cannot be a mirror image of the left-hand bracket because the pillion foot-peg mounting bracket is longer on the right-hand side than on the left-hand side because of the stock muffler routing. The pannier brackets bolt to the pillion foot-peg brackets.

For anyone wanting to do this who doesn't use a top-box, save your third lock-set in a location you can find. Every once-in-awhile a Sprint ST 1050 pannier comes available which has never had the lock installed. Installing your third lock-set takes about 1 minute if you are slow and you have a full size right-hand pannier keyed to your ignition key.

In case anyone is wondering: There is no difference between the right or left Sprint ST 1050 panniers or the left Tiger 1050 pannier. They will fit either side of the Sprint ST 1050, and after one installs a low level silencer and Steve's right-hand pannier bracket on the Tiger 1050, the bags will fit either side of the Tiger 1050 as well.:D
