So, reading different forums I came across the idea to switch out my left and right mirrors to opposite sides, giving it a sleeker look. Stupidly I ended up stripping the end of one of the bolts and now my left mirror won’t attach properly to the bar end. I’m not sure but might have even messed up the threads inside the bar end too (I know, stupid)! Any suggestions On perhaps replacing them with some more sleak clip ons or...?
I've got a 2014 Thruxton 900.

Same thing happened when I did it to mine. When I noticed it cross threaded, it was already too late. I put a little drop of oil on the threads and slowly kept going. Luckily I was able to tighten it fully. Ended up switching out the bars next season anyway.

You might be able to get a tap in there and straighten out the threads. If that fails, you can always drill out and tap up to the next size bolt.
